Product Introduction
Model FB600-1C is equipped with an anti-corrosion stainless steel housing. Driven by an industrial-grade explosion-proof motor, it adopts an integrated design with the motor directly coupled to the pump head. The speed can be manually adjusted by turning the handwheel, or a frequency converter can be fitted to achieve multi-functional operation.
It is powered by an explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor. It is applicable to fixed equipment in underground coal mines (non-mining working faces) with methane or coal dust, as well as equipment installed in sites with explosive mixtures formed by Class IIB T1~T4 flammable gas/vapor and air.
The terminal box is mounted on the top of the motor with cable entry available in four directions, compatible with both rubber-sheathed cables and steel pipe wiring. The terminal box can hold 3 to 6 wiring terminals separately, with one built-in earthing terminal. Depending on specifications, it is equipped with one cable outlet (M8 and below) or two cable outlets (M10 and above).
It features high protection grade and high torque, and supports multi-channel series connection for simultaneous operation.
